These Terms govern all users, clients, students of Goldie VA Academy, and visitors of our website.
2. SERVICES WE OFFER
GoldieVA offers a range of services including but not limited to:
Virtual assistant services
Administrative and business support
Social media management
Website design and management
Customer service support
Graphic design
Virtual assistant coaching and training through Goldie VA Academy
Digital products and resources
We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. ELIGIBILITY
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
The information you provide is accurate and complete
4. CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must:
Provide accurate project details, instructions, deadlines, and feedback
Supply necessary passwords, access, and materials required for service delivery
Communicate changes or cancellations in writing
Pay for services on time following agreed payment terms
GoldieVA is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, client inaction, or lack of access to required tools.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments are processed securely through Flutterwave, Paystack, PayPal, Bank Transfer, or any other approved gateway listed on our website.
All payments must be made before work begins unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Recurring or monthly service fees are billed automatically based on the agreed cycle.
All sales for digital products, courses, templates, and downloadable materials are final and non refundable.
Late payments may result in service suspension until settlement is made.
6. REFUND POLICY
Service payments are non refundable once work has started.
Refunds may only be considered if:
GoldieVA has not delivered any work
A technical issue prevents service from beginning
A duplicate payment was made by mistake
Course payments and digital products are strictly non refundable. See refund polcy page for more information.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on this website, including text, graphics, designs, course materials, templates, and branding, is the property of GoldieVA and protected under copyright laws.
Clients receive usage rights only for the materials created for their projects and must not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of GoldieVA intellectual property.
8. PERMITTED USE AND SERVICE RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Misuse any service or access not granted to you
Copy or distribute training materials, templates, or resources
Use GoldieVA services for unlawful purposes
Share login details for courses or client portals without authorization
Interfere with the website’s security or functionality
Any violation may lead to account suspension or legal action.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
GoldieVA may have access to your confidential business information during service delivery. We agree to keep all data private and secure.
Clients must also keep all GoldieVA processes, documents, and training materials confidential.
10. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
GoldieVA will not be liable for:
Losses resulting from client errors, delays, or failure to follow instructions
Business losses such as revenue, data, or productivity
Issues arising from third party integrations or platforms
Events outside our control (hosting issues, internet outage, force majeure)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
11. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Either party may terminate services by giving seven (7) days’ notice in writing.
GoldieVA may terminate immediately if the client:
Violates these Terms
Abuses staff
Fails to make payment
All completed work up to the termination date must be paid for.
12. DISPUTE RESOULUTION
If a dispute arises, the parties agree to:
Attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication
If unresolved, proceed to mediation
If still unresolved, the matter shall be handled under applicable Nigerian or international business law depending on the client’s location
13. THIRD PARTY TOOLS AND INTEGRATIONS
GoldieVA may integrate with tools such as:
Tawk.to
Goldie VA Workspace app – our Project management space
Paystack
Flutterwave
Zoho books
Social media platforms
Website hosting providers
We are not responsible for technical failures or policies set by these external platforms.
14. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
