Goldie Virtual Assistant started with a problem we kept seeing: talented business owners stuck doing admin instead of growing their businesses, and struggling to find help they could trust.
Hiring a freelancer often meant gambling on quality, chasing updates and starting over when things went wrong. So we built a fully managed service where every assistant is vetted, trained, supervised and backed by a team.

Our founder, Cynthia Ojimadu-Nnorom, moved from a 9–5 into virtual assistance and built both sides: the agency for businesses, and the Goldie VA Academy that trains every assistant we place. As technology changed, we changed with it. Our VAs now use smart tools to work faster, while keeping the care and judgement our clients value most.
