As part of our agency structure, all selected Virtual Assistants go through our Refresher & Implementation Program before being matched with agency clients. This process helps us ensure that every VA understands our systems, communication standards, workflow process, reporting structure, and how we serve our clients professionally.
This is not a beginner VA training course.
It is an implementation and onboarding program specifically designed to prepare VAs to work with Goldie VA clients and within our agency systems.

How Our VA Onboarding Works
To maintain our standards, we follow a structured selection process:
Application form submission
Complete and submit the VA application form for initial screening.
Skill & experience review
Our team reviews your experience, skills, tools, and overall fit with Goldie VA Agency.
Payment & Registration
Applicants who have successfully processed the registration requirements will be contacted for the next steps to securing their placement and access to agency resources and Job board.
Discovery/Alignment Call
Shortlisted/serious applicants are invited to a discovery call to assess professionalism, expectations, and alignment with our agency standards.
Undergoes Refreshers Course
Selected VAs participate in refresher training sessions and weekly live sessions to ensure they maintain high-quality skills, professionalism, and up-to-date industry knowledge.
Entry into our VA pool/Job Board
Welcome to the Team! You are officially onboarded into the Goldie VA Agency job board and become eligible for client placements.
