Yes. Choose a Custom Package and we'll build a team around your needs, with one point of contact.

Yes. Our team supervises every VA, coordinates the work and gives you one point of contact, so you never have to manage a team on your own.

Tell us within 3 business days of receiving the work. We'll review it and offer a free revision, a replacement VA at no extra cost, or a partial refund where appropriate.

Prices start at $10 per hour. Our Basic Support Package is $400 per month for 40 hours, and Executive Assistant Plus is $900 per month for 80–90 hours. See all plans on our Pricing page.

We process payments securely through Stripe. You receive an invoice by email, in USD, GBP or EUR, and pay securely online via Stripe. VA plans are billed monthly, and setup fees for the 24/7 Front Desk and Inbox Assistant are paid once.

No long-term contract is required. Plans are monthly, and you can cancel by emailing payment@goldieva.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Yes. Your plan should fit your business, so you can upgrade, downgrade or add services as you grow.

Yes. Email us to request a pause and how long you need. No payments are charged during the pause, and pauses take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Payments for work already done are non-refundable, but we always aim to make things right. See our full Refund Policy.

Yes. We handle client data with full confidentiality, and every VA signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Every VA is trained in our Academy, matched to your needs and supervised by our team. If it's not the right fit, we replace your VA at no extra cost, and you never have to hire, train or chase anyone yourself.

Data is stored on secure, encrypted servers, access is restricted to authorised team members, and we never sell your information. Read our Privacy Policy.

Only if you choose our 24/7 Front Desk add-on, and always with a person watching. The assistant identifies itself as an assistant, and your VA steps in whenever a human touch is needed.

Your website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Telegram. Starter and Plus include website, WhatsApp and one social channel; Complete includes all five.

No. It sorts your email and drafts replies in your tone, and your VA approves every reply before it's sent. It works with Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365.

Not at all. You work with your VA like any other assistant. We handle the tools behind the scenes.
