At Goldie Virtual Assistant, we strive to provide high-quality virtual assistance, coaching, and digital products designed to help you achieve your goals. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled across our services.

1. Service-Based Projects

Once a service (such as administrative support, website design, social media management, or other virtual assistant packages) has been initiated, setup fees and hours already worked are non-refundable.
However, if you are not satisfied with the initial phase of work, please contact us within 5 business days of project commencement, and we will review the case to determine if a partial refund or service adjustment applies.

2. Digital Products and Courses

All purchases of digital products, templates, and online courses (including Goldie VA Academy programs) are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
If you experience issues accessing a product, please email us immediately at info@goldieva.com for assistance.

3. Coaching and Mentorship Sessions

Refunds for private coaching or mentorship sessions may only be considered if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session.
Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable, but we may allow a one-time reschedule based on availability.

4. Event Registrations

Payments for Goldie VA events, webinars, or workshops are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another event or participant with prior notice.
