At Goldie Virtual Assistant, we are committed to ensuring every client and student has a positive and valuable experience with our services and academy programs.
This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for all products and services offered through https://goldieva.com.
When you book our Virtual Assistant services or monthly retainers, resources and team members are allocated immediately to your project.
Therefore:
Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.
Refunds for upcoming work will only be considered if a written cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
If you cancel after work has begun for the period, a pro-rata refund may be issued for uncompleted tasks at the discretion of management.
If you are not satisfied with the work delivered:
Notify us within 3 business days of receiving the deliverables.
We will review your concern, and if valid, offer one of the following:
A revision or correction at no extra cost.
A partial refund, depending on the scope completed.
Clients who pause their service should they want to take a break. No payments will be charged within the Pause period untill services are resumed. Services are only acceptable at the end of the billing cycle/month.
Due to the digital nature of our training materials (videos, downloads, and resources), all sales are final once access is granted.
We do not offer refunds for:
Completed or partially completed courses.
Missed live sessions or mentorship calls.
Change of mind or scheduling conflicts.
However, we believe in satisfaction and fairness:
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your course, contact info@goldieva.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll work to restore access or issue an appropriate credit.
Payments for private coaching sessions or mentorship plans are non-refundable once the first session is delivered.
You may, however, reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
3. Digital Products & Downloads
All eBooks, templates, guides, or digital resources (including the VA Starter Kit and Delegation Guide) are non-refundable after purchase, as access is delivered instantly.
If you experience a download issue or file error, please email info@goldieva.com, and we’ll resend your product immediately.
4. Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or dispute is raised without prior contact, access to all Goldie VA services or products will be suspended immediately.
We encourage you to reach out directly so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
5. Cancellations
Clients may cancel ongoing subscriptions or retainers at any time by emailing info@goldieva.com
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only under special circumstances such as:
Duplicate payments
Accidental double charge
Service cancellation initiated by Goldie VA due to internal reasons
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
